Introduction to the job

Within ASML Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this sector is CS CW EUV Upgrades, responsible for providing upgrade support to customers and service engineers within the Customer Support organization. One of the important roles of SAP coordinator is to manage all relevant parts and tools from preparation to complete return to the warehouse.

Role and responsibilities

- Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for Upgrade projects

- During execution, ensure the required parts and tools are available at the right time at the right place.

- Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in order to maintain a correct configuration of upgraded machines in SAP.

- Assist in the delivery of spare parts and special tooling during escalations.

- Manage Expiry tools to be returned in time and secure backup tools as well

- Analysis the cause of delay from parts and tools and execute preventive actions (zero repeat activities)

- Research materials in SAP, trace the history of materials in SAP, and escalate materials that are not properly structured in SAP.

- Work with CSCM quality team to guarantee the quality of critical part packing for prohibiting further damage / contamination

- Work with other ASML sectors(CSCM / CSCM In-Fab / CS-Quality) and ensure proper communication, sharing of resources, and other assistance when needed (DOA, FAR, EMO, Urgent PnT handling)

- Participate the project related materials and leading (TMM / PMR / MHO / MHR / 3PLUS..) for improving process quality


Education and experience

- Bachelor - preferably in logistics related


- More than 1 year of experience in ASML or Experience in semiconductor field and logistics technician in CS department for high tech products is a plus.

- Knowledge of ASML logistic process, service order process and SAP
