- Minimum 10 years of experience in the HR Business Partner or HRM
- - Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially organization development, C&B, recruitment, and change management
- - Proven ability to solve complex problems on a global scale
- - High level of English fluency (both written and verbal)
- - Korean(English fluency) or foreigner(English fluency, Korean isn't required)
