1.Parts pricing Strategy
-Manage parts price data for OP planning and for mid-/long-term business growth.
-Conduct various price researches to get market repair price information of competitors as well as other brands and track market situation and customer trends.
-Support parts price related business case for profit growth and customer satisfaction.
-Identify target parts items to be focused in price optimization to generate more customer retention and sales revenue based on market surveys, data analysis and tactical approaches.
-Communicate with dealers and parts traders for operation issues and activities regarding parts price.
-Develop and report short term and long term pricing strategy plans based on market surveys, data analysis, tactical approaches and strategic direction of Management.
2.Responsible for operational parts pricing and parts variable bonus
-Design and develop parts pricing logics to realize tactical pricing methodology.
-Communicate with dealers to ensure that transparent and tactical pricing works have been implemented.
-Resolve price related inquiries from external with Corporate PR team and Legal team.
-Manage parts price data for new parts number creation and price files upload on related internal and external systems.
-Implement regular price update based on approved plan and strategic approach of Mercedes-Benz HQ.
-Communication for Parts variable bonus framework with HQ(legal, OS, GSP) and Internal teams(CS, Controlling, Dealers)
-Development annual bonus scheme to maximize CS business aligned with CS MAD.
-Monthly, quarterly, annually on-time report to Dealers and guide Dealer and MBK representatives.
3.Local Chemical Management
-Engine oil monthly report to GSP and OS.
-Engine oil pricing & management considering Market competition, Internal ISP cost, Profit maximization and so on.
-Managing and reporting all local chemical supplier contract, pricing, sales and etc.
-Conduct / support tendering process for each local chemical products such as Engine oil.
-Prepare and implement various campaign or programs to contribute NRCP growth.
-Car Care product pricing & sales management.
-Other local chemical/Consumable products pricing & management
4.Remanufactured parts (Reman) business management
-Analyze Reman turnover and profit and monitor the process issues.
-Decide Core return approval based on the Take-back criteria of Daimler HQ, and manage operation issues via communication with relevant teams.
-Conduct the marketing activities for end customers and implement training for dealers to increase revenue and maximize customer acceptance of Reman.
