- Functions as an internal contact point for people related issues and questions
- Provides expert knowledge to the local management regarding associate engagement issues, organizational structures etc.
- Identify needs and bring it to the discussion table for the relevant business partners and team
- Design, improve and implement the specific HR processes/solutions in the business segment to positively impact our people and business, supporting the Senior HRBP Manager
- Closely communicate with internal stakeholders and seek their supports to successfully drive HR initiatives and improve HR KPIs
- Communicating all relevant laws and regulations, making sure there is compliance, and minimizing the risk to our team and business.
- As a team, collaborate with COE (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and C&B) functions to enable growth of the business
- Manage HR operation activities: e.g. exit reviews, etc.
