Use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal consultations, and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development.

Requirements

Design Services
•  Generate a cost–effective design data pack as per customer requirements 
    o typically includes CAD drawings, Aspire calculations, schematic site drawings

Technical issues rectification
•  Responsible for resolving all technical issues in South Korea, efficiently and pro-actively
•  Interfacing with Product Management, Product Development and Operations as required
•  Set up systems and procedures to pre-empt any technical issues

Training
•  Product and Systems training to Distributors, Installers, Consultants and influencers
•  Produce information and provide know-how to the sales team and channel partners for the purpose of increasing their sales
•  Conduct Product Accreditation training and Design training courses for consultants and contractors

Supporting Business Development
•  Participate in market development programs to drive current and new technologies into markets
•  Facilitate Beta sites for new product and applications
•  Identify potential roadblocks or qualified up-sell opportunities and develop these opportunities with the AD Sales Manager
•  Support the sales team with technical information and know-how to increase sales of products by providing system level solutions to product applications

Codes & approvals
•  Participate in relevant committees to influence local approvals agencies in order to sell the Fire products in the region
•  Facilitate Product Approvals with the KFI
