2. Essential Functions:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Support and lead change, as required, creating understanding among employees about the need to change and assisting in the modification of systems and structures to support needed change.
- Maintain good rapport and working relationships with employees and supervisors in an effort to prevent, resolve, and/or cope with personnel issues affecting the workplace.
- Precisely operate compensation and benefits with timely manner.
- Plan and develop L&D with coworking with L&D manager
- Timely supports the staffing in PHK as representative.
- Also, Take a responsibility for HRIS and Payroll system; PeopleSoft and Wisen (local payroll system).
- Especially insure 100% of accuracy on Peoplesoft to collecting current data related to TR reports.
- To meet competitive value proposition of HR Vision, benchmark against market date with Mercer survey.
- Projects and services provided typically involve assessing the needs of diverse internal and/or external customers. Acts as an advisor to staff to resolve administrative and operational problems. Directly participates in establishing and administering division-wide projects and priorities
- Take an active role in understanding the voices from employees and recommend & develop approaches and programs to each division or business unit¡¯s leaders and to HR team.
- Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues through on-going communications
- Serve as human resource consultant and facilitator to managers and supervisors regarding organizational issues, business needs, and performance management.
- Recommend and interpret company policies.
- Take a responsibility in location wide all administrative functions.
- Strongly have customer satisfaction mindset with internal stakeholders and internal customers.
- Act as change agency and employee advocate as aligning OOOO business strategy and Win Strategy.
- All required tasks should be met expected level with timely manner & proper feedback.
3. Qualifications

- Longer than 5years Experiences.
- Bachelor¡¯s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education (Preferred).
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement techniques and methods. Ability to work with only general work direction and instructions regarding the scope of assignments; determine priority and order of assignments.
- Frequently required to stand and walk. Have open and proactive minded.
- Required to work around or visit manufacturing operations to work cooperatively and professionally with others. And the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
