Primary Job Function:
Be responsible for management and performance of responsible products (existing and newly launched) by developing strategies that will differentiate the products with competitive advantages based on clear understanding of the corporate objectives and the healthcare environment
Core Job Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Implementation
- Develop strategic/operating plans and POAs for designated product(s)
- Ensure effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
- Lead internal customers and partners to align and to act for product objective achievement
Market Intelligence
- Analyze and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
- Get meaningful insight from synthesis of information/data through holistic thinking
Forecast accuracy & Budget Management
- Assess and understand the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives
- Demonstrate sound financial management by ensuring expenses are within budgets to achieve profit targets
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders
- Build positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
- Seek opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics
Work with Field Force and Other Commercial & Cross-divisional functions
- Work effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve budgets
- Partner closely with Trade Relations, Key Account Management to develop and implement pricing and channel strategies
- Understand the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to achieve budgets.
Position Accountability / Scope:
Responsible for marketing management of Respiratory products
Minimum Experience/Knowledge required:
- At least a university graduate : Bachelor degree, Pharmacy or Medical Science background preferred
- Industry experiences more than 5 years (including at least 3-year marketing experience) : Marketing experience in Respiratory/Allergy area preferred
- Proficient in oral and written communication in English
