In a Sales role at HPE, you’ll play a part in building the future – one big idea at a time.  You’ll be selling HPE products, services, software, or solutions to customers, both directly and indirectly. Responsibilities:

• Installed Base Sales (유지보수 계약영업)
• Customer facing and quota responsibility for service contract and new solution order
• Maintain customers and partners relationship for selling
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast for orders
• Learn services portfolio and sales skills, and leverage skills to selling higher solution and new business cases
• Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance); identifies trends and makes observations
• Manages day-to-day post-sales order management (e.g., credits, returns) and resolution of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis); handles multiple moderately complex customer accounts
• Resolves order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis; serves as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly)
• Handles several customer accounts that have low to moderate importance
• Supports solutions that impact other departments.

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's degree.
• Typically 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• MS Office Tool skill - Knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, PPT)
• Time management skill
• Project management skill
