[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] • At least 10 years of experience in a talent acquisition specialist/manager position including 2-3 years in a managerial role acquired at a company with a strong HR culture • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles • Ethical, interpersonal skills, superior communication skills, persuasive abilities, the ability to influence and to work in a team, a good level of professional maturity in the human resources profession. • Fluent and proficient communication in English • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel • Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field is preferred |
