Paed Vx Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Paediatric Vaccines Marketing Manager role to accelerate the growth of our key paediatric vaccines portfolio. This position will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing marketing strategies for key brands. In 2023, this role will also look after the pre-launch of new RSV vaccine. (This responsibility will be spined off from this role in 2024). This role will report directly to the Vx BU Head and will join the Vaccines BU leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the annual brand planning process to build a strong strategic/operational plan for key brands

• Proactively look for business ideas and opportunities to accelerate the growth of key brands

• Lead the overall launch readiness of the new RSV vaccine working with global and regional stakeholders

• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership to create business opportunity and mitigate any potential risks

• Build a healthy working relationship with Sales and Marketing based on teamwork and collaborative mindset to meet the shared purpose

• Build and enable strong omnichannel marketing strategy across key brands

• Responsible for overall financial forecast processes and brand A&P management

• Manage the holistic launch readiness process of a new paediatric vaccine to be launched in 4Q ’23 with relevant launch excellence process management with cross-functional team

• People management of 2 brand managers – coaching for performance, capability development etc

• Responsible for management monitoring and marketing related risk management framework

Basic Qualifications:

· Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience

· Solid track record in managing a sizable product or group of products to achieve growth target

· Robust strategic thinking and operational excellence

· Strong financial acumen and data/insight-based decision making

· Proven experience of cross-functional leadership

· High level of integrity with disciplined compliance and risk-management mindset

· Good English communication: able to communicate logically both verbally and writing

Preferred Qualifications:

· Profound understanding of the Vaccines busines
