In this role, you will define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies for HV-MV-LV electrical equipment in South Korea, meeting business targets and aligning with global product strategy. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and events to drive sales and increase market share.

Your responsibilities
- Developing and executing the annual marketing plan with ELDS division sales leaders, focusing on business development in Electrical equipment market
- Coordinating market studies with the Product Marketing and Sales team, defining appropriate forecasts and business/marketing plans for MV-LV electrical equipment in market
- Reviewing of marketing activities and implementation of improvement plans to achieve business targets
- Evaluating and disseminating customer research, market conditions and studies of competitors
- Delivering product information, providing training (technical and sales) for the sales team, and driving sales efficiency
- Working with HR management to ensure that the Product Marketing group is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Your background
- 10 years of experience in electrical equipment, Marketing & Sales role, working as 3 years as line manager with Market and Sales position
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy
- Knowledge and experience of HV-MV-LV electrical equipment
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills
- Business level of English communication skill (oral and written) and native level of Korean communication skill preferred
- Strategy creation and delivery oriented
- Innovative and ¡®out-of-the-box¡¯ mindset
- Familiar with marketing & pricing strategy for industrial equipment
