JOB SUMMARY
Define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time
-Build and implement a 360¡Æ external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication 
strategy and the local business strategy for the entity
-Develop and implement the integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand projects and 
events (philanthropy, sponsorships, etc)
-Media publicity: strengthen the media publicity activities (products placement, tie-up and editorial pitch) and build/maintain 
close relations with top-tier media. Plan and manage media tie-up/editorial contents projects, including digital viral 
communication thru media¡¯s accounts
-Work closely with PR agency to draft and disseminate press-release for maximum media coverage
-Manage Public Relations: spokesperson, ambassadors
-Closely monitor media coverage and take proactive action to maintain favorable brand image, identify issues related
to the brand and anticipate crisis, and coordinate with country corporate communication team
-Support and advise the Marketing & Communication Team Manager on brand communication topics
- Advise for internal and external speeches
-Build and manage an internal communication plan in line with the external plan
-Manage yearly and monthly PR budget


QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: 8+ years
-Specific Career Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Communications in the cosmetic/FMCG industry 
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
