JOB SUMMARY
Develop brand strategy clarifying the brand¡¯s priorities to grow business in Korea
-Lead marketing & communication strategy to implement brand Campaign messaging while remaining globally 
consistent and locally relevant with our key message 
-Define the strategic directions and marketing & communication plan, guide portfolio priorities 
(new launches, pillar products¡¯ renewal and animation of catalogue) enhancing local relevancy 
-Strongly lead the team balancing each function 
-Take ownership of campaign and create the right angle to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally.
Supervise the entire campaign development process and the respect of deadlines
-Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with zone/Global to ensure the 
consistency of new campaign development with the country¡¯s needs
-Optimize the budget and identify where and how to invest
(sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.) 
-Closely partner with other departments and stakeholders (i.e. sales, e-commerce, education, VMD etc.) to develop
-Build, develop, and manage the team, coach them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how


QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate
-Years of experience: Above +10 years
-Specific Career Experience
     -Strong marketing & communication experience in Cosmetics/Luxury industry 
     -Strong planning and analytical skills with attention to detail
     -Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
-Other Skills: Proficient with Excel and PPT. Basic knowledge of corporate finance and P&L is plus
