YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES 

- Support implementation and deployment of OPEN+ (Lean Manufacturing) principles and practices across the factory in line with PMI Open + strategy. 
- Consolidate and align IOS/Integrated Work System implementation and deployment coordinating the affiliate teams and Pillar teams, responsible to build capabilities to enable employees to eliminate losses and solve problems in an autonomous way. 
- Monitor the impact of Open + (Lean Manufacturing) implementation and deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact, provide status updates to management team. 
- Train and coach, all employees to provide and develop capabilities in some of the key processes and tools that enables leaders and teams to identify, measure and eliminate repetitive and high impact losses in systematic way. Coordinate training activities related to Open+ deployment within the site 
- Train, coach, certify site leadership team and line teams (manufacturing and non manufacturing areas) on OPEN+ methodology (Lean Manufacturing) and tools as per certified competences and skills. 
- Work with close relationship with communication representative in the design and implementation of the factory OPEN+ communication strategy. Ensure efficient communication and visualization on Open+ local strategy, roadmap and actions to guarantee maximum awareness. Engage local and region management teams and key stakeholders into communications plans. 
- Ensure all methods, standards and processes within the factory level are fully in line with the global standards. 
- Deliver value through adopting and improving PMI/region/local best practices in a standardized and systematic way. 
- Provide training and coaching on troubleshooting tools application for all employees 
- Drive the IOS strategy implementation and deployment process and ensures data integrity governance for PR/Uptime (OEE) /MTBF, support direct stakeholders in order to set up clear plan for addressing performance improvement 
- Identify potential process improvement projects and execute on areas of opportunities to support the factory 
- Drive different projects to develop Open + capabilities in line with PMI Open+ Global Programs and strategies o Partner to deliver new capabilities and tools to increase digital knowledge and capabilities. 
- Work effectively with people and teams at all levels of the organization, simplifying complex concepts into easily understandable solutions 
- Coordinate RTT(Run to Target) sustainability, ensure RTT implementation and foundation for new Comers, new areas (manufacturing and non manufacturing areas). 
- Support synchronization and Give and Gets between Pillars, be Pillar Members/Co-leaders/SWP(Standard Work Process) owners. Support activation and deployment of Pillars and new tools/DMS(Daily Management System)¡¯s/SWP¡¯s for ensuring right capability building within the factory 
- Perform HC(Health Check/Coaching) and SUC (Step up Card) assessment in order to develop the proper capabilities within the affiliate. 
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. 
- Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor or Master degree, preferred from a Technical University/ or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience 
- Preferred relevant previous experience or exposure to project management activities and practical experience with IWS or other Lean Manufacturing tools. 
- Good technical skills, collaboration, communication, and prioritization abilities. 
- Ability to influence others or coordinate teams and tasks in full autonomy 
- Ability to motivate people at all levels of the organization. 
-Experience in delivering training and coaching is an advantage 
- Good understanding of the production processes, at theoretical and practical level. 
- 3+ Years¡¯ experience in a production environment is an advantage 
- Highly skilled in using MS Office and project management skills 
- Fluency in Korean, good understanding and speaking of English language
