가. 고용신분: 연구계약직

나. 계약기간: 사업기간 내 1년 단위 계약 (근무평가 결과에 따라 재계약 여부 결정)

마. 근무시간: 9시 ~ 18시 (주 5일제)

5. 유의사항

6. 제출서류 반환안내

채용절차 공정화에 관한 법률 제11조(채용서류의 반환 등) ① 구인자는 구직자의 채용 여부가 확정된 이후, 구직자(확정된 채용대상자는 제외한다)가 채용서류의 반환을 청구하는 경우에는 본인임을 확인한 후 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 반환하여야 한다. 다만, 제7조 제1항에 따라 홈페이지 또는 전자우편으로 제출된 경우나 구직자가 구인자의 요구 없이 자발적으로 제출한 경우에는 그러하지 아니한다. ② 제1항에 따른 구직자의 채용서류 반환 청구는 서면 또는 전자적 방법 등 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 하여야 한다. ③ 구인자는 제1항에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 채용서류를 보관하여야 한다. 다만, 천재지변이나 그 밖에 구인자에게 책임 없는 사유로 채용서류가 멸실된 경우 구인자는 제1항에 따른 채용서류의 반환 의무를 이행한 것으로 본다. ④ 구인자는 대통령령으로 정한 반환의 청구기간이 지난 경우 및 채용서류를 반환하지 아니한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 채용서류를 파기하여야 한다. ⑤ 제1항에 따른 채용서류의 반환에 소요되는 비용은 원칙적으로 구인자가 부담한다. 다만, 구인자는 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 채용서류의 반환에 소요되는 비용을 구직자에게 부담하게 할 수 있다. ⑥ 구인자는 제1항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 채용 여부가 확정되기 전까지 구직자에게 알려야 한다.

Mechanical Engineer (1 Position) 

Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the advising and supporting of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under the Apple Manufacturing R&D Accelerator’s program.

 

The candidate will be hired by POSTECH and represents POSTECH to be responsible for helping the SMEs identify which set of the Apple Manufacturing R&D Accelerator’s training courses and equipment are applicable for their needs. The candidate will be working with Apple engineers in identifying and resolving technical challenges related to mechanical systems unique to the SME project or training program. He or she will provide engineering information by answering questions and requests. This would include collaborating with the Apple engineers to design and apply new system processes, equipment calibration and maintenance.

 

As necessary, the candidate assists the SMEs in registering for classes, lab time, or a consulting session with the Apple engineers. This person should be comfortable approaching and engaging with new SMEs on a daily basis.

 

Key Qualifications

•        3+ years of professional Mechanical Engineering experience

•        Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent

•        Production intent process development and special project management experience

•        Proven proficient in handling fully automated machine or equipment with deep understanding in mechanics

•        Extended knowledge of complex manufacturing processes

•        Experienced in design/develop DOE and able to analyze DOE data to make process optimization decisions

•        In-depth knowledge in quality methodology with command of tools including statistical analysis, DOE, FMEA, SPC, FA, commonality checks etc.

•        Problem-Solving skills including machine troubleshooting abilities

•        Proven track of continuous improvement experience on machine or equipment

•        Work independently under pressure and tight schedules

•        Professional work ethic and good work attitude for his/her role

•        Storng public speaking skills

•        Fluency in Korean written and oral communication skills; English skill is a plus

•        Program/project management experience is a plus

•        Teaching/consulting experience is a plus

 

Chemical/Materials Engineer (1 Position) 

Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) is seeking an Chemical Engineer to lead the advising and supporting of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) under the Apple Manufacturing R&D Accelerator’s program.

 

The candidate will be hired by POSTECH and represents POSTECH to be responsible for helping the SMEs identify which set of the Apple Manufacturing R&D Accelerator’s training courses and equipment are applicable for their needs. The candidate will be working with Apple engineers in diagnosing and solving problems unique to the SMEs training program. He or she will provide engineering information by answering questions and requests. This would include collaborating with the Apple engineers to design, troubleshoot and apply new processes and training curriculum to meet the ever-changing SME landscape.

 

As necessary, the candidate assists the SMEs in registering for classes, lab time, or a consulting session with the Apple engineers. This person should be comfortable approaching and engaging with new SMEs on a daily basis.

 

Key Qualifications

•        3+ years of professional chemical and/or materials engineering experience

•        Proven expertise as a chemical and/or materials engineer

•        Skilled in performing measurement and analysis with Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GCMS)

•        Adept at Running Differential Scanning Calorimeters (DSC) for measurement and analysis

•        Proficient in utilizing Raman equipment for measurement and analysis

•        Leadership experience – planning, leading, organizing, monitoring teamwork to a successful and on-time project completion

•        Strong public speaking ability

•        Problem solving ability to resolve issues or conflicts with stakeholders and internal staff/engineers

•        A degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering; MSc or PhD is a plus

•        Fluency in Korean written and oral communication skills; English skill is a plus

•        Program/project management experience is a plus
