JOB SUMMARY & CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

-Effectively build 3CE brand image as a love brand, in alignment with the global brand vision and values, through owned and 

paid channels, targeting end consumers & KOLs. 

-PAID (50%) Strategize, lead, and manage social & advocacy campaigns to transform 3CE into a love brand 

     *KPI's: On - EMV / Share of views / Share of mentions / Share of engagement / DBPI + Off: EMV / events ROI

     *Lead and manage the 3CE advocacy campaigns: closely working with marketing team to define advocacy campaign 

     big ideas + their concrete execution with the advocacy agencies per country

     *Lead and manage the 3CE always-on advocacy strategy on product heroes, limited editions and collabs to 

     progressively transform 3CE into a love brand

     *Lead and manage the commercial livestream activations in partner websites on key commercial dates like 11.11

     *Create a 3CE KOL squad in each market through a strong partnership with the local advocacy agencies and real 

     relationships with the top and most influent KOLs; when relevant, manage mid-long term agreements with Celebs 

     and top influencers to promote 3CE 

     *Build a consistent monitoring of all the ad-hoc and always on campaigns data to improve and upgrade following 

     activations

     *Create a strong link with Zone social & advocacy team + CPD social & advocacy team to (1) be aware & aligned with 

     the global social & advocacy frame and (2) share with the stakeholders the last 3CE updates and best practices to 

     ensure brand visibility

-OWNED (50%) Lead and manage the brand content in owned channels (TIK TOK Pages & TIK TOK Shops), in perfect 

alignment with the marketing strategy and objectives + brand community management overview

     *KPI's: Followers, engagement rate, sales target per Tik Tok Shop

     *Manage with the local Tik Tok content creation agencies the editorial calendar, number of published contents, social 

     campaigns + overview, and validation of the contents 

     *Overview and guidance to the local agency on the community management

     *Build a consistent monitoring of all the ad-hoc and always campaigns data to improve and upgrade following activations



QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: University graduate (Bachelor's degree)
-Years of experience: Prefer at least 5+ years of marketing/business experience 
-Specific Career Experience
     *Experienced Social & Advocacy manager who already has a previous position and can handle the job “hard skills”
     *Experience in SEA markets and cosmetics / preferably make-up brands is a plus
     *Experience in managing multi markets is a bonus
     *Strong communication skill is a must 
     *Ability to manage multiple projects and various stakeholders, catering to their needs 
     *The ability to work independently and proactively is a must
-Language: Fluent in Korean and English; Chinese Mandarin is a bonus
-Other Skills: Proficiency in MS Office – Excel & Powerpoint in particular
