• Strategic Brand Management
• Implement global brand strategy relate to local business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, and desirability for the Trip.com brand
• Develop an in-depth understanding of local market, business, target audience, competitive scenes, and latest trends for continuous evolution of brand strategy for the Trip.com brand
• Work closely with HQ brand marketing team to define and align on brand strategy in Korea / Thailand
Brand Guardianship
• Implement global guidelines and ensure consistency in brand image, identity, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints
• Be a brand ambassador and influence internal stakeholders to ensure colleagues fully understand brand marketing initiatives and gain needed supports.
Brand Marketing Campaign Management
• Plan and execute TTL campaigns in accordance with a strategy, budget, and deadline
• Work with HQ & local cross functional teams, partners (e.g. media, influencers, agencies) and coordinate resources to drive successful campaign launches
• Review plans, creative assets, media materials and provide guidance with local insights
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize and implement strategies accordingly
• Identify innovative and effective communication channels / programs and growth opportunities
• 8+ years of branding and marketing experience with proven expertise in brand strategy, brand management, and integrated marketing plans
• Proven track record of independently managing successful campaigns to deliver powerful brand communication, including planning, testing, creative development, and on-going optimizations
• Able to communicate with and influence people from cross-functional/cross-regional teams and diverse backgrounds to drive effective results
• Save sharp and creative eyes, pay close attention to detail, and able to review, evaluate, identify, and guide the best-in-class brand marketing programs and brand related materials across all media channels
• Background in travel/e-commerce/online platform preferred
