SCM Planner

 

This position is responsible for inventory management including processing inbound and outbound both physical and SAP transaction.  It also require profound understanding of supply chain flow and fluent communication skills since this position need various stakeholder management. 

 

What will you do?

 

• Inventory planning 
  • Target DIO setting/monitoring considering forecast trend and future regulation change 
  • New Product launching schedule monitoring with the understanding of NTM information. Ensure proper inventory readiness for timely product launch. 
  • IBP maintenance for market SNP and S&OP. . 
  • Optimizing FG/NTM write-off by monitoring current/future production plan
  • Arranging local S&OP meeting for proper information sharing with visibility and necessary decision making 
• Importation process
  • Check shipping schedule & documents 
  • Customs clearance & handling other related issue
  • Customs-related reports
• Order Management (KA & GT)
  • Daily Order confirmation & Shipment process
  • Issue handling (e.g. damage, missing, shipment delay etc.)
  • Manage and review SAP entry
  • Manage and review DSD information including SKU maintenance 
  • Monthly closing
  • Other reports
• Inventory management
  • Physical inventory and system reconciliation
  • Manage branch inventory report
  • Manage sample
  • Monitor and manage product status expiry
  • Report quality issues through FMS
  • Destruction management with tax return 
• 3PL Management
  • Inventory management and issue handing in 3PL warehouse storage/transportation
  • Monitor and manage packing process for parcel delivery to GT outlets
  • Invoice verification & budget management
  • KPI management

 

Who are we looking for?

 

• University Degree
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in SCM field 
• Fluent in both Korean and English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Profound understanding of supply chain flow including logistics in/out
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Knowledge and experience in SAP (SD, MM module)
