Robotics Sales Specialist - Automotive industry

As a Robotics Sales specialist will be accountable for sales of products/systems/services within a designated Automotive market in accordance with strategy in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Seoul, Korea, driving sales volumes and margins. Reporting to LBL Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

Your responsibilities

• Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
• Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
• Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
• Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

Your background

• Over 3 years’ experience in sales related factory automation in Automotive industry
• Sound knowledge of industrial robot market is preferred
• Technical and commercial knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or related would be preferred
• A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
• Able to work independently and reliable under high pressure, possessing high level of integrity, motivation, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
