Job Summary

Define and guide the country brand strategy (including communication) consistent with the international brand positioning and the country¡¯s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship


-Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products¡¯ renewal and animation of core catalogue)

-Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country¡¯s needs

-Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines

-Manage the budget (sales forecast, price strategy, the brand profitability, P&L, etc.)

-Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)

-Lead the channel strategies to build the brand strong and visible across channels, with collaboration with other functions

 

-Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time

-Build and implement a 360¡Æ external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity

-Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events and manage media relations, including new media relations


-Mobilize other departments (e-com, sales, logistics, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy

-Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings

-Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how



QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: University graduate (at least Bachelor's degree)

-Years of experience: +12 years MKT experience (Beauty/Cosmetic brand or FMCG Product/Brand Marketing)

-Specific Career Experience

   -at least 5 years experience in the cosmetic industry, preferred in the selective market (Luxe division), marketing or

    communication-related position

   -Possess a strategic marketing-driven mindset and be agile to catch the beauty/retail trend

   -Language:  Fluent in both Korean and English

   -Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency - MS PPT, Excel, Word
