▷ Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly and yearly financial statements within the reporting deadlines and in accordance with Group best practices, GAAP and Statutory requirements.
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy, timeliness and quality of daily transactions, financial reports, inter-company reconciliation, ad-hoc consolidation support reporting within requested internal policies and timeline.
- Working closely with other divisions, departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted Operation
- Setting-up & standardizing work process/flow
- Perform cost accounting for factory with controller
- Driving Lean initiative together with Controller, including benchmarking for market best practice, streaming Sales, Purchase, Reporting process
- Cost & PPV(Purchase Price Variance) analysis
- Implement A/R & Credit management
- Review employee expense report based on the policy
- Perform Transfer Price analysis with Controller
- Execute inventory/PP&E physical counting one-time per year at least
- Review Tax invoices monthly and file VAT report

▷ Qualifications 

- Foreign Company experience +10 years 

- University major in accounting or business administration is preferred 

- Cost accounting and B2B business experience is preferred 

- Strong knowledge for MS Excel 

- Strong relationship and communication skills 

- Confident and assertive 

- Meticulous and have an eye for figures 

- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing priorities - Ability to work well in a team and to perform under pressure/against tight deadlines. - Fluent in English 

- Knowledge and understanding of process mapping & improvement
