Job Description: 

1. Commercial Strategies and Business Management 

  1. - Support Business Director to develop retail strategy and plan for Korea Retail on a short-term and a long-term basis.
  2. - Ensure strong and profitable sales growth by effective management of the P&L and implementing retail plans accruing to the company strategies.
  3. - Set up store objectives and KPIs and lead and manage stores for their achievement.
  4. - Support to develop action planning of stores and report the compiled plan on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis to achieve sales target for the period
  5. - Define and develop different incentive programs to boost up sales.
  6. - Partner with MKT Team to manage overall MKT activities including in-store events.

2. Retail Network Development 

  1. - Develop and implement policies, strategies, and business development plans to meet sales targets.
  2. - Initiate the retail network development by proposing new openings, closings, retail perimeter evolution according to commercial strategies in line with guidelines, profitability, and communication.
  3. - Negotiate contract terms and conditions by locations and liaise all contract issues and updates with central legal team and local finance team.
  4. - Build and maintain relationship with the business partners, interacting with all the necessary people in their organization.

requirements: 
- Min.10 to 15 years of work history, experience in retail management or equivalent level of experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, sales, etc.
