- Takeover strategic projects and new projects in Fragrance and Beauty Products, including Landmark strategy and Omni channel strategy

Responsible for the next steps of Chanel distribution to elevate, amplify and accelerate for Chanel to be ahead of the curve
DIVISION BUSINESS STRATEGY PLANNING
- Evaluates and recommends business portfolio frameworks, strategies, financial concepts, practices, programs, processes, and measures to be applied across the business.
- Consolidate, analyse and share business trends and market intelligence (Local, Travel retail environment, and evolution of regulatory-legal-economical aspects of retail industry)
- Establishes KPIs that the business will measure performances against and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies
- Draft regular analysis reports for senior strategy management, business leadership and executives, and relevant stakeholders for purposes of further decision making.
- Define 5 year distribution strategy (new doors, renovation, closures)
- Responsible for developing the themes and planning future business from a Client Centric Point of view of off- line department stores, shopping malls, stand-alone partnership with concept stores or any other partnership with third parties if development needed for business perspective
- Develop on-line related services, including all related online opportunities e-Commerce, and other e-services, online partnerships
- Ensure the core areas of the Market development; Timely forecast the market and analyze the information, support to the decision of the company."
- Establishes collaborative and trusting relationships with the business¡¯s key internal leaders and stakeholders in order to ensure that there is a free flow of ideas and information across the business, leading to suitable strategy formulation and overall business performance enhancement
EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND TRADE PLANNING
- Responsible for high level trade engagement with key external business trade partners to provide timely business insights and future trade planning
- Responsible for providing market insights and opportunities via meetings and relationship managements with external business leaders, industry key opinion leaders, trade counterparts and prospective business partners
INNOVATIVE INSIGHT CONVEYANCE
- Initiate strategic initiatives to optimize and recalibrate our resources, to drive the right innovation and forward-thinking mindset in the organization to keep the culture alive and keep our brand desirable and inspirational on top of the ultimate luxury
- Lead the retail community to develop and initiate a data driven retail system to maximize opportunities and acquire retail efficiencies
- Drive innovative initiatives that facilitate client experience journey across the channels.
- Provide research and strategic evidences to identify, evaluate and implement solutions for business priorities or opportunities.
