Assist with reviewing, drafting, and revising a wide variety of business contracts, commercial agreements, legal documents
Assist and handle legal requests from business units and senior management
Specify internal governance policies, monitor compliance of laws and company guidelines and role of local privacy officer (privacy policy, personnel information)
Perform documentation and record duties as assigned such as shareholder/board meetings and global request, etc.
Graduate degree in law (either Korean or Overseas); Licensed lawyer preferred but not mandatory
At least 5 years of legal experience preferred
Korean/English (Full professional competency)
Strong understanding in legal issues impacting commercial contracts, international contracts, intellectual property right/trademark, data privacy, corporate affairs, local employment and labor - Ability to work and handle multiple tasks/projects efficiently - Understanding on the company's goals and operation
The candidate has good writing, communication and interpersonal skills as well as laser-beam attention to detail.
