- Responsible for personnel planning/evaluation/compensation of group companies

- Planning and development of HR strategies/HR business plans/HR systems for Global company Evaluation
- Establishment of HR system such as compensation and individuality of system (high accuracy)
- Establishment of personnel policies for Global company and of customized systems by overseas branches
- Manage and improve e-HR systems
- Managing various HR-related projects

[자격요건]

A person who has at least 6 years of experience in HR planning 

or 6 years of experience in improving the C&B 

Talented person who has experience in operating/managing Global HR
Talented person who can use English well (Toeic Speaking or OPIC IM2 or higher)

Must be factory experience
