- To establish strategy & plan as depending on market/customer situation, to execute appropriate action and to develop countermeasure
- To manage opportunities & to coordinate with customers & related internal teams as a project leader
- Team work and harmony with sharing, reporting, considering, discussing, advising and developing together
- Good relationship with internal customers and colleagues (whoever work at office, plant and oversea site)
