Job Description

● lead continuous improvement activities related to commercial chemical manufacturing processes. providing technical insights, leadership, and disciplined project management for implementation of improvement projects.

● act as a technical resource for Operations personnel in the plant, applying technical skills to optimize plant operations, resolve plant problems and enable safe and efficient production of quality products. 

Required Qualification 

● BS in Chemical Engineering

● Intermediate in English

● Strong understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals

● Problem solving and decision making skills

● Good abilities for troubleshooting and expecting the impact

● Experience working with highly hazardous chemicals at a manufacturing facility
