Main Objectives of the Job

Accountability for the overall quality assurance aspect of communication with both internal and external customers. Leads Customer/Account support team of Quality Assurance function. Follow up quality requests and complaints.

Key Accountabilities

- Customer service

• Leads customer/account team of QA function.
• Follow up the customer requests and complaints.
• Preparation of customer supplied documents.
• Close communication with internal/external customers for quality related issues.
• Fulfil the host role for customer audits.

- Internal Quality system running

• Good understanding of Quality Management system : ISO9001 or IATF16949
• Quality management system running : Change, Complaint, Audit/CAPA and Deviation.
• Electronic document system running

- Supplier Quality Management

• Manage/Set specification for raw materials and package materials with suppliers.
• Conduct supplier quality audit for checking their quality management system.
• Qualification of new raw materials or suppliers.

- Miscellaneous

• Close communication with intercompanies (JP, CN, TW and US) or global quality team to support trading goods, system harmonization and global project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above for major in chemistry or related
• +5 years experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience working with Samsung and SK Hynix customers is preferred.
• Fluent in Korean, Proficient in English
• Results Orientation, Communication with impact, Customer Orientation, Collaborative, Result-driven
• Problem-solving skills, International mindset, Employee relations
• Understanding of technologies, Problem solving by co-work with other Departments, Learning agility of the product and the manufacturing process
• Positive mindset, Good interpersonal communication skill, Excellent OA skill
