Dwight Seoul seeks a qualified Teaching Assistant who carries some early childhood (Kindergarten and/or Preschool) background or experience, having worked in an international school environment and who is also a good team player, working collaboratively within the early childhood division. The ideal candidate is available to start beginning in January 2024.

The Teaching Assistant’s work is primarily to be focused upon supporting the class teacher, children and their learning in class, attending departmental meetings requested by ECD Manager on a regular or irregular basis, and bus monitoring as requested by School.
Teaching Assistant provides key and critical support of the students they serve, the teachers to whom they are attached and the Dwight Seoul community as a whole.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree (teaching certification is preferred)
- English proficiency required in reading, writing, and speaking.
- At least two-year experience working as a teaching assistant in a classroom setting (preferred).
- Willingness to support the class teacher, secure the children’s safety, help create their learning in class and perform administrative duties.
