🗨️ About the position

The Medical Writer is responsible for crafting papers and abstracts for the publication of product-related clinical research. Additionally, MW play a pivotal role in designing clinical trials and provides vital support to ongoing clinical trials by creating, reviewing, and managing various clinical trial-related documents.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Compiles, writes, and edits publication manuscripts of clinical research as well as scientific reports, conference abstracts for scientific exhibits, in-house use, or medical communication
  • Performs clinical literature searches, as applicable
  • Develops or supports a variety of documents that include but are not limited to
    • Clinical Study Protocol
    • Clinical Study Report
    • Investigator’s Brochures
    • Clinical Evaluation Report
  • Reviews Statistical Analysis Plans and table/figure/listing specifications for appropriate content, and for grammar, format, and consistency
  • Interacts with Departments of Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs as necessary to produce writing deliverables

Requirements

🎯 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline(advanced degree is preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant industries
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and EndNote

🏅 Preferred Experiences

  • Authored clinical or biomedical papers in peer-review journal
  • Experience in writing protocol or synopsis of clinical trials both investigator-initiated and sponsor-initiated
  • Fluency in English
