- Forge and maintain
strong relationships with key players in the automotive industry, focusing
particularly on electric vehicle manufacturers.
- Understand customer
needs, especially concerning insulation and fire prevention in electric
vehicles, and propose solutions that cater to their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with
international teams, requiring effective communication across different
cultures and regions.
- Navigate contract
negotiations, sales plans, and forecast developments with a strategic
mindset.
- Stay abreast of
industry trends, ensuring our solutions are always competitive and meet
market demands.
- Bachelor's degree
or higher in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- 2-7 years ( Max
10yrs) experience in Sales role.
- Prior experience in
the chemical industry, particularly within a company with a strong market
presence.
- Specific experience
and knowledge in the realm of electric vehicle insulation and fire
prevention will be considered a significant plus.
- Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in
English is mandatory as the role involves direct interactions with
foreign nationals and teams; additional language skills would be
advantageous
