Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Develop Omnichannel consumer experience strategic plan for the market in line with global principles and guide clusters/countries to ensure efficient implementation across DTC and WHS. Responsible for the deployment of global concepts and the optimization of all consumer touchpoints to elevate consumer impact. Coordinate and orchestrate one POV at market level across Channels for retail physical spaces/environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store planning driving premium experiences in the consumer¡¯s chosen channel, including wholesale and own retail.
- Drive the cascade of global retail concept guidelines, especially VM and ISC to country related teams in long term retail design tools.
- Orchestrate and gather input from local team on current and future retail VM & ISC concepts, tools, digital and physical experience, Consumer Experience topics based on local customer/consumer and channel distribution needs.
- Become the Market communication counterpart for the Global Consumer Experience VM & ISC team.
- Research and create local ISC tool to enhance brand and each category in store environment with global counterpart according to local trend and needs.
- Focus on signage and digital HW & CMS development/ execution/ management to high-light product and deliver brand message in store level.
- Monitor local execution of retail design across channels and formats according to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with local creator and general contractor to localize ISC tools to be aligned with global guidance and to create new local tools if need.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions and support functions
- Computer Skills: Auto Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Sketch Up
- Fluent spoken and written in Korean and English.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years progressive retail design and consumer experience expertise
- Regional expertise desired
- University degree ideally in Architecture/ Interior design/ Industrial design
