JOB SUMMARY & CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

Key role: Develop a global communication strategy to build the brand image, develop awareness, and reinforce its reputation across regions and markets. Lead integrated communication campaigns on major launches, events, partnerships, ambassadors, and spokespersons.


1.    Global advocacy strategy

-Develop the strategy for global spokespersons to reinforce the brand image in all official assets

-Lead advocacy activation plan collaborating with celebrities and models

-Define the pool and direction for KOL advocacy strategy in social channels

-Develop a global guideline for product seeding to KOLs


2.    Brand collaboration / partnership

-Initiate the global collaboration project with trendy brands or artists to develop a holistic creative campaign 

-Build and expand partnership network with relevant artists and potential collaboration partners

-Lead collaboration in the definition of brand equity, its image, and values


3.    Social Media Strategy

-Overview the global social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok) to expand the brand presence in these channels fully

-Direct the content development strategy for social channels


QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: University graduate

-Years of experience:  min. 10-15 years of experience  

-Specific Career Experience    

   -Brand in-house PR team or PR agency experience

   -Beauty background is a priority, secondary from fashion or luxury experience

   -Collaboration experience and strong network with the entertainment industry (celebrity management) and KOL community

   -Preferable to have knowledge and interest in trendy fashion and lifestyle brands, spaces, artists 

-Language: Fluent in English & Korean

-Other Skills: Office Tool (MS Excel, PPT, Word)
