Manage a portfolio of projects within Operations, as a brand business partner, and in collaboration with R&I, with an overall vision of the finished product (pack, formula, process), in compliance with commitments made with the brands, by ensuring global responsibility for the project (TTM, gross margin, SBWA, perceived value, innovation, quality).

-Help brands prepare launch plans by incorporating profitability, scheduling, TTM, and quality, and Sharing Beauty With All challenges. - Develop his/her knowledge of the market/competition as part of a category-based approach 

-Promote and transform product innovation projects with the brands, in collaboration with the Operations Innovation department. 

-Create, distribute, and optimize PSIs in SPOT - Discuss and build, together with the brands, the Sharing Beauty With All roadmaps and ensure they are monitored 

-Study the feasibility of new briefs and advise marketing by providing optimized solutions (pack, formula, process) as part of a consumer-centric and perceived-value approach. 

-Contribute to the design-to-value approach by suggesting appropriate value-analysis actions (packaging, process, formulas) and by deploying validated actions. 

-Formalize and validate the technical translation of the marketing brief in compliance with the QCP system, including validation and monitoring of Autocomms. 

-Implement and conduct product risk analyses where necessary. 

-Prepare, distribute, and ensure the follow-up of PRIE/PVISE estimates; discuss the gross margin and report dilutive projects. 

-Prepare, distribute, and ensure the monitoring of schedules. 

-Ensure regular data updates in Magellan and compliance with workflows 

-Mobilize actors involved in the project and the necessary experts and ensure appropriate reminders are sent out. 

-Report regularly on the progress of projects, report deviations (definition, scheduling, price, SBWA commitments), and suggest solutions. Depending on the division, manage/coordinate multidisciplinary projects (process, tools, formulas, etc.) 

-Show flexibility to speed up development and activate TTM improvement levers

QUALIFICATIONS

-Education:  Above University graduate (BA/BS degree)

-Years of experience: +5~6 years

-Specific Career Experience: 

   -Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty(make-up) cosmetic product operations

   -Strong understanding of  cosmetic product development work process and the way of working in MNC

-LanguageShould be fluent in both Spoken and Written Korean & English
