Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
- To drive the fashion account strategies for the best-in-class brand representation at on/offline doors with sustainable growth and deliver the required financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy : To focus and own the overall strategy for fashion influencers and fashion specialties reflecting the global and market strategies. Work jointly with the WHS senior director & the Wholesale VP.
- Data : To analyze, interpret, and harness actionable insights from our company's extensive data resources, driving strategic decision-making and optimizing business processes for enhanced growth and performance in fashion channels.
- Trend report : To generate comprehensive trend reports by collecting and analyzing data, identifying emerging patterns and market shifts in fashion, and presenting insights to guide our business strategies for Halo business.
- Communication : To manage internal and external communications related to on fashion influencer partners(global and cross regional communication).
- Communication : To manage communication with global specialty sales.
- Consortium : To drive and support the consortium project from product creation to marketing execution.
- Sell out : To drive the best-in-class Sell Out execution with partners to wow consumer.
- Commercial : To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points, managing the constant tracking of results with analysis of risks & new business opportunities.
- Commercial : To take the full ownership of quarterly, seasonal, and annual OTB.
- Commercial : To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
- Commercial : To measure progress on defined KPIs(SO growth, discount, inventory and etc.) and monitor all reports in good quality.
- Commercial : To win in competition at our alliance accounts with driving more shelf space(SOB) and building brand credibility.
- People : To support Senior Director Multi to establish an appropriate organizational framework & transformation in line with the Global organizational blueprint.
- People : To support and motivate the direct reports to best implement the account strategies.
- To measure progress on defined KPIs and monitor all reports
Key relationship:
- Global: Global Wholesale and other adidas fashion WHS in other regions.
- Market: Brands, Customer Service, Business Development, Controlling, Planning, Logistics.
- External: Global and local fashion partners located in Korea.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
- Minimum 7~8 years of marketing/product/sales experience in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- At least 3 years of experience on people and operational management.
- Exposure: Fashion network/industries and lifestyle related business.
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
