[JOB SUMMARY]

-이커머스 운영 및 문제 관리 (이커머스 상품관리부터 주문 취합 그리고 출고 등 전반적 관리) 

-이커머스 재고 및 각 플랫폼(롯데, 신세계, 네이버, 카카오 등) 주문 프로세스 관리 및 보안

-상품 마스터, 프로모션 데이터 및 각 브랜드의 이벤트에 대한 시스템 업데이트 

-이커머스 공급망 및 시스템 등을 더욱 최적화하기 위한 기술적 운영적 방법 탐색

-국내 및 해외 IT와 협력하여 OMS 기능 강화 및 업데이트 

-국내 및 해외 IT와 협력하여 OMS 문제 지속적인 추적 및 해결  

-이커머스 운영의 KPI 및 대시보드 모니터링 및 보고 (주문건수, 출고량, 클레임, 취소 등)

-성장을 촉진하기 위한 지식과 통찰력을 얻기 위한 데이터 분석

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

-최소 1~5년 이상의 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 경험이 있는자 (롯데, 카카오 등)

-이커머스 플랫폼과 기술에 대한 높은 이해도

-주문관리시스템 사용 및 개발 경험

-재고관리, 주문처리 및 출고 경험이 있는자

-세심한 주의력 및 조직 능력 (책임감)

-우수한 문제 해결 및 의사 결정 능력

-강력한 의사소통 및 팀워크

-이커머스 플랫폼 및 관련 소프트웨어를 다루는 기술적 능력

[JOB SUMMARY]

-Manage the day-to-day operations of E-commerce orders 

-Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes

-Ensure master data, promotion data and information of the events are well updated in the OMS 

-Find ways to further optimize the E-commerce supply chain and tools

-Enhance OMS functions collaborating with local and Zone IT

-Follow up on OMS issues and resolve them collaborating with local and Zone IT

-Monitor and report E-commerce operations KPI and Dashboard

-Data analysis, generating knowledge and insights to drive growth

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

-University graduate, in the field of the engineering or supply chain management

-+1~6 year 

-Intermediate English

-eCommerce operations with a minimum of 5 years of experience  

-Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and technology

-Proficiency in using the Order Management System

-Knowledge of supply chain and logistics including experience in managing inventory, order fulfillment and shipping

-Attention to detail and organizational skills

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

-Strong communication and teamwork skills

-Technical proficiency to navigate eCommerce platforms and related software
