¢º Job Description


¤ýEdit and proofread English subtitles translated from Korean content with proper linguistic tone and flow. ¤ýCreate and manage assets such as style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality that meets Kiwi Vine¡¯s standards. ¤ýCollaborate with Kiwi localization teams and freelancers to improve accuracy and consistency of localized work, and deliver by set deadlines. ¤ýCreate training materials for the team and conduct necessary training. ¤ýSet clear team goals and KPI. ¤ýStrategically implement methods that optimize team workflow and performance. ¤ýMonitor, supervise, and effectively delegate work to team members. ¤ýManage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously in an organized manner. ¤ýLiaise with clients to successfully meet client requirements. ¤ýActively participate in potential client recruitment process.

¢º Key Qualifications


¤ýCultural competence ¤ýExcellent writing skills ¤ýExcellent communication skills ¤ýExhibit strong leadership skills ¤ýStrong grammar and punctuation skills (American English preferred) ¤ýHigh proficiency in English and Korean (TOPIK level 6) ¤ýPassionate about diverse Korean entertainment content
