YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯

Lead and support recruitment services and facilitate selection process, including searching, attracting, assessing and selecting candidates in cooperation with P&C Managers & hiring managers, in order to ensure the quantity and the quality of talent for both the short and long term requirements of the organization. Lead and manage Talent Acquisition initiative projects ie Early careers/internship, Employer Branding, Disabled/dispatch hire initiatives etc.

• Manage sourcing process and channels per function in coordination with hiring managers and P&C managers. Talent Partnering, advising in talent landscape, talent sourcing and talent design fit for required needs. Ability to maximize EVP and current sourcing tools to ensure top candidates are identified. Make sure hiring requirements are clearly defined via hiring briefing with hiring managers and P&C managers and accurately communicated with external sourcing channels.

• Manage screening and assessment (i.e. on-line tests) processes in line with PMI guideline to strengthen screening and selection processes. Advise hiring managers and P&C managers in selecting candidates for interview stages to ensure well qualified candidates are on interview stages

• Ensure application tracking and interview feedback are accurately captured and analyzed. Share data analytic with hiring managers and P&C managers if necessary, to make sure sourcing/assessing processes effective and provide sound candidate-experience, esp. feedback sharing and long-term talent pool management

• Onboarding and new hire integration: Develop and support new hire integration process by coordinating new hire integration preparation with P&C Managers and Learning & Development team, gathering program feedback, analyzing post entry interviews and providing recommendations based on this data to P&C managers and hiring managers, ensuring new hire integration journey is effectively started across the function to maximize new hire experience.

• Process pre-employment requirements of selected candidate and ensure completion of documents in accordance with PMI and PMK guideline. Forward to
P&C SSC new hire information and audit entries. Prepare analysis and report for legal hiring requirements to submit to respective legal entities throughout the year (disabled, P&V employees, respond to regular report request from MOEL etc.)

• Manage ATS system:
-Maintaining system updates by providing translation and sharing updates from Global team
-Leading data clean-up process / checking outstanding data monthly basis
-Collecting feedbacks and issues from local and raise or shoot them with Global team

• Support Budgeting:
-Planning Budget and tracking spending accordance to TA and Finance guide, carry out analysis of spending and submit reports as needed
-Accountability in preparing, designing cost, spend and overall tracking of TA budget spend

• Change/Project Management: Understand, lead and partner with function managers, P&C managers in transitions relating to change management, project management affected by transformation through CCO. Ability to provide effective and mature talent partnering advice during the transformation stages to align with the talent needs to successfully support the changes in functions.

• Vendor Management: Manage and work closely with all recruitment agency vendors including but not limited to- verification and monitoring of performance, Hiring process KPIs, vendor PR/PR and contract processes, conducting yearly evaluation of vendor performance.


WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor¡¯s degree from University or above
• 5+ years in People & Culture (HR) in international companies (FMCG industry preferred), minimum 1 years experience in TA area preferred. 
• Solid experience in direct sourcing preferred
• Fluent in both Korean and English
