[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Essential Responsibilities - Ensure consistent integrated brand representation across all brands, channels and touch points nationwide by collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing Communications based in Singapore. - Lead integrated marketing and communication execution for product and brand to ensure consistency across all customer experience touch points, including product, digital, social, in-store, online and print. - Innovate with new media marketing tactics; social, digital, direct response. - Proficiency managing external relationships and agencies. - Define and manage an operating budget for Korea marketing team. - Evaluate and track key metrics and success criteria for all marketing, advertising, and PR programs and activations. - Anticipate and implement necessary changes to strategy and execution process to support the company¡¯s expansion both geographically and through new marketing initiatives and campaigns. - Work with regional / global partners to deliver strong experience in storytelling and product marketing with retail understanding develop country-specific marketing & communication programs that are in sync with regional needs, media calendars, and cultural moments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience successfully building and executing an integrated marketing and communication strategy, ideally within a global lifestyle or luxury company. - Collaborative leader who understands the synergy between strategy, brand building, and performance marketing. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives - Strong experience in storytelling and product marketing with retail understanding - Superior analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to translate into an executable strategic plan. - Ability to define and manage operating budgets - Market facing with a track record of strong consumer understanding and foresight. - Success using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve a specific strategic result that is relevant to the organization. - A high level of learning agility with the ability to translate conceptual strategies into easily understood execution plans and change management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A global citizen who is committed to understanding the modern culture of travel in an authentic, unique and resonant way
