• Leads the RTR Tower from Build Phase onwards 

• Being 3 in a box with BPO and IT lead

• Executes RTR tasks, resolve any issues and provide mentorship to the team. 

• Manages RTR Project related communication, escalation, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders during build phase.

• Defines priorities and track the deliverables and program status after design phase.

• Manages cross workstream integration needs & Priorities.

• Identify program risks and support the mitigation plan

• 11~15 Years of SAP Consulting Experience

must have

1. More than 5 times End-to-End SAP Implementation experience with SAP Certification

2. Module Sub-leader role experience

3. More than 3 times of leading Process Innovation Project. (Module Wide)

4. Firm banking/GIRO integration experience

1. Communication Skill (Korea & English)

2. SAP Best Practices Knowledge for Retail/E-commerce industry

3. SAP 4 HANA Cloud implementation expereince(FIORI Inclusive)

4. Expense solution Integration Experience (Concur, CUPA, iAccounting etc.)

5. Familiar with SAP Project Methodology(ASAP, ACTIVATE, etc.)
