[Summary]
To understand Corporate Business Transformation agenda / business requirements at Loreal Korea and StyleNanda, and deliver projects while identifying global, zone & local business IT technology availability which aligned with L’Oréal global & Zone IT strategy.
To ensure the implementation and deployment of IT solutions into Korea to the agreed requirements and that this is done with minimal risk and disruption to the business. To maintain and enhance existing Digital & Corporate solutions where required.
[Accountability & Responsibility]
-Lead & manage corporate business transformation project while actively monitoring day-to-day operations
-Ensure global / zone / Korea corporate solution deployment while fill the gap between proposed solution and Korea requirement include regulations
-Support to develop corporate business transformation project roadmap align with zone and Korea IT strategy
-Lead continuous business process improvement and identify digital & corporate solution improvement opportunities
-Ensure system integration with various solutions and services provides including digital marketing & promotion agency, Web & Digital solution development agency, online market place, 3PL Delivery Company, Payment Service provider where required
-Support to analyze business data (i.e. Consumer data, digital marketing KPI’s, Corporate KPIs, Financial data, HR data, etc.)
-Ensure corporate solutions are in full compliance with IT security guideline (i.e. Consumer data management, data encryption, access management, etc.)
-Identify opportunities for service collaboration with IT suppliers and social platform partners and lead to integrate with corporate systems
-Liaise with Zone and Global Domain Architect and Solution Expert for technical design and delivery of services
-Understand and manage vendor contracts (Technical, Commercial and Legal aspects)
-Senior stakeholder engagement as IT project manager
[Qualification & Preferred]
-University graduate
-+8 ~ 13 years
-at least 5 years’ experience in corporate project management
-Fluent in both Korean and English
-Computer skill proficiency in ERP, Digital & CRM Solutions, MS PPT, Excel, Word
