[L'oreal Korea] CDO - Digital & Performance Media Specialist


Performance media specialist is responsible for leading the media strategies & operation excellency with Media Director at CDO team. He or she needs to understand the fast-changing media environment, have the knowledge to understand the media data management & retail media. Specially, performance media & onsite media experiences at e-retailer sites are preferred.


Job Summary

The job also requires to have the strong communication skills with brands & zone, and leadership to manage the pure media agencies and retailers 

-Cross brands & division communication on media strategies, planning & reporting.

-Onsite media management (Retailers & internal e-com teams) 

-E-com media performance driving & management 

-Performance analytics knowledge with a deep insight on e-commerce business  

-Media data management using global media tools & analytic tools

-Strong multi communication skill with media director and brand teams & e-com teams to bring the best insight into each brands & related stakeholder

-Good understanding & professional passions on search media & performance media & retailer media management & analytics tool. 


QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: University graduate

-Years of experience: +5~7 yrs experiences 

-Specific Career Experience

   -At least 3 yrs experience in the media team of brand, media related companies such as media platforms and media agency

   -Coupang Media Group / Tiktok / Meta  /Kakao shopping / Criteo and global media agencies 

   -Performance media handling experience is preferred 

   -Understanding the key retailer media environment  

-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English

-Other Skills & knowledge: Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word, Google Analytics
