Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Finance and Accounting (70%)

1.         Perform full sets of accounting.

2.         Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting and schedules. (Financial/ Quarterly/ Annual/ Management Report)

3.         Reviewing and preparing accounting transactions.

4.         Company/ employee Tax-related report; audit-related report.

5.         Issue monthly salary & employee attendance management; Staff expenses claim; Annual Budgeting

6.         Manage cash flow, monitor financial transactions, and identify opportunities for process improvements

7.         Credit control and account receivable management

8.         Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles.

9.         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

 

Human Resources (30%)

10.     Recruitment/Package Discussion:

l   Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes to arranging interviews and conducting package discussions with both headquarters (HQ) and candidates.

l   Handle employee offer and contract preparation and issuance.

l   Develop recruitment channels or review headcount contracts.

11.     Liaison with Country Manager and HQ (Annual HR Timeline):

l   Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and HQ for annual HR timeline and document preparation.

l   Facilitate processes related to performance appraisal, salary adjustments, and promotions.

12.     Labor Law Compliance:

l   Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the documentation and orientation of new hires.

l   Manage risk related to employee issues and address any identified concerns.

l   Conduct regular training sessions as required by labor law.

13.     General Affairs:

l   Handle employee benefits administration.

l   Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties within the general affairs domain.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

1.         Bachelor or above in Finance, Accountancy, or other equivalents, or related majors

2.         Language: Proficiency at a professional/native level in Korean is essential, along with fluency in either English or Chinese, both spoken and written.

3.         3~8 years of professional experience in accounting/finance.

4.         Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

5.         Familiar with Navision is a plus.

6.         Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, demonstrated ownership of work

7.         Effective communication and collaboration skills.

8.         Basic understanding of Korean labor law is a plus.

9.         Entity Administrator experience in Finance/ Human Resource related files will be a plus.
