Job Description (2년 계약직 포지션) 외국계 의료기기 분야 중 마켓 1위 기업에서 풍부한 마케팅 경험을 쌓을 수 있는 좋은 포지션으로 생각이 되어 많은 관심 및 긍정적인 검토 부탁드립니다. Roles and Responsibilities this position has responsibility and authority for: 1. Commercial events Planning and Management - Facilitate, administer all logistics and docum entation required for tradeshows, symposiums, and product presentations - Create appropriate documentation required for approval using Ariba system and compliance via KMDIA regulations - Manage related vendors and agencies 2. Marketing tools and collaterals development and management - Support development of marketing communication tools for product and clinical marketing functions - Support the process of release commercial collaterals using Agile system - Manage stocks of print materials and promotional items 3. Demo system management support - Scheduling and executing for logistics of the da Vinci Surgical System, I&A, and ancillary items required at commercial team events. - Manage demo system inventory, utilization, and effectiveness 4. Marketing administration - Marketing budget management - Project tacker and KPI monitoring |
Qualifications Skill/Job Requirement - Minimum Bachelor degree in science preferred - Preferred 1+ years of job experience relevant to this role (유관경력 1년이상이 선호되나, 강점이 있으신 분은 그 이하도 지원 가능) - Self-starter with the ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with content management systems and document control systems. Competent in and comfortable with production and desktop publishing ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision. - Interpersonal skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams to reach common project goals - Prefer English speaker |
