- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in headhunting firms or related fields, possessing a basic understanding of the job responsibilities.
- A senior consultant capable of working with a partnership mindset, functioning as an industry veteran alongside executives

- Prefer at least one(1 year) of experience as consultant in a headhunting firm 

- Over 2 years of experience as a researcher in a headhunting firm

- Proactive and Aggressive Business Mind & Attitude 

- Excellent Communicator & relationship management skills

- Business English
