Job Description

Sales Management

- Plan & communication with TR partners for monthly order budget aligned with RFC planned by Key Account Manger.

- Set up store objectives such as monthly and yearly target (sell out) and service KPIs etc.

- Lead and support retail staffs to develop the action plans to achieve their objectives.  

- Define and develop incentive programs to boost up sales and be responsible store P&L, related to operations and expenses.  

- Negotiate with TR partners to maximize the performance while securing the brand image. 

- Monitor and analyze competitors¡¯ sales and activities in timely manner. 


Product Assortment & Order Management

- Ensure stores right product assortment and maintain proper stock coverage to maximize sales and achieve sales target.

- Track performance vs. plan (sell-through & inventory, assortment mix, product category performance, customer trend analysis, product penetration, etc.)

- Monitor stock fulfillment process from order input to shipping by CS team.


People Management

- Lead, coach and develop the retail staffs to ensure that they are excited, motivated and performing their duties in accordance with the company¡¯s vision and value.

- Dedicate a significant amount of time to people development, with focus on store manager / assistant store manager to ensure that they are able to influence and effectively manage team.
- Involve retail staffs recruiting process partnering with HR and staffing planning including promotion and talent management and manage HR issues. 


Operations

- Main interlocutor for operation follow up with travel retail  partners and retail team.

- Ensure consistent management, operational practices and customer service in all stores in area

- Ensure stores are maintained at a level of excellence. 



Requirement

- University Bachelor¡¯s degree

- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel retail management

- Excellent Communication Skill, Presentation, Project Management Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
