[L'oreal Korea] Helena Rubinstein - Community (Communication) Manager



JOB SUMMARY 

This position will be responsible for content management related to brand positioning and image building. To build Helena Rubinstein as an ultra-premium skincare brand with cutting-edge science with proven efficacies, 

Your main task will be to propose and execute the plan to engage with KOL / influencers / VIP customers. To sharply develop the communication angle, you will be partnering with other functions such as Education / R&I team, especially to clarify product efficacy claims. More communication-related opportunities will be also given to this position. A direct report to Marketing Manager. 



CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

1. Develop a communication strategy to build Helena Rubinstein as an ultra-premium skincare brand. 

-A deep understanding of the brand is required to sharpen the communication angle. 

-Explore other market¡¯s best practices for communicating with zone.  


2. Plan communication activations on new launches / key pillar animation managing the budget. 

-Responsible for any local content creation incl. press release 


3. Engage with KOL / influencer / VIP customers to make local community for the brand. 

-Recruit the potential brand endorsers for authentic & organic contents creation 

-Host regular gathering / sponsorships for a selective group and manage public relationships

-Plan VIP event to engage with VIP customers in collaboration with other functions 


4. Clarify product efficacy claim on hero products supporting Marketing Manager

-To partner with multi-stakeholders, meticulous work handling & communication skills will be required.     


5. Closely monitor the brand buzz & share key competitors¡¯ activation



QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: University graduate

-Years of experience: +6~10 years in beauty/cosmetic PR experience 

-Specific Career Experience 

   -Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications 

   -Working experience in cosmetics / FMCG preferred

   -A proactive & self-motivated person preferred   

-Language: Fluent in both Korean and English

-Other Skills: Digital proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
