To plan a program for a brand product, visualizes and develops marketing goal (product selection, promotion, advertisement/media plan) and executes new product support program maintaining existing line effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand the market specificities and build a brand strategy tailor-made to the country needs
• Overall responsible for all marketing strategy and activities including Brand equity and brand awareness
• Developing the marketing strategy for the brand in line with global brand objectives
• Proactively taking leadership of marketing campaigns and coordinate with sales activities according to distribution channels.
• Lead the customer experience in all point of sales and drive the visual merchandising and training team towards this goal
• Responsible for the forecast of new products and limited life products in all channels
• Responsible for media planning and media execution in the digital channels
• Develop and lead the implementation of Digital: Understand the market needs, gather information from the brands, follow global guidelines and ensure perfect execution and adaptation at local level while following the brand standards
• Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of launches
• Overall responsible for marketing activities for customers, including CRM
• Conduct marketing research, follow up on campaigns and launches, provide Management with regular quantitative and qualitative reports
• Be the key contact between the Global and/or Region offices on all marketing topics
• Overseeing the brand¡¯s marketing budget
• Hire, train and motivate the team
