- You will lead the yearly strategic plan and ensure transversal synergy across divisions and regular planning updates in collaboration with the Managing Director and Regional team.
- Marketing Strategy & Development: You will orchestrate product launches across boutiques and full coordination with all relevant functions incl. Retail, Training, HJ, Client teams. You will oversee all product lines incl. action plan, animation, communication, performance, feedbacks, and reporting. You will be responsible for high jewelry stock management, including stock allocation, high jewelry planning, manipulation, special order and ensure success of High Jewelry local events and act as key support for international events. You will also monitor competition activity
- Communication Strategy & development: You will orchestrate Maison¡¯s events, protect Maison¡¯s Image and ensure the High Jewelry positioning of the Maison in Korea. You will plan and implement a strategic PR, media plan to establish strong connections with external partners and vendors, as well as to manage and control A&P budget in line with yearly budget and guidelines.
- Team member management: You will manage and develop team members, in line with Maison¡¯s values, driving harmony & synergy across the organization, with all departments.
O Budget Management
- Build A&P budget (media, PR, event, client treatment etc.)
- Responsible for communication budget planning and follow-up
- Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses
O Strategic Planning & review
- Develop and implement the long-term and yearly communication strategies across all functions
- Analyze the implementations of all communication strategies and campaign KPIs
O Digital & Media
- Annual media planning and strategy development
- Supervise media execution and KPI achievement
O Public Relations
- Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
- Plan strategic PR initiatives
O Event
- Propose annual event calendar
- Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement
- Support all local/regional/international PR event
O Team Leadership
- Empower the team and be a role model based on our Maison¡¯s values
- Develop all communication team members skillsets, leadership and competencies
