Job Description

Develop retail excellence plan to achieve target sales for each store
Achieve a high and consistent level of retail standards across all stores in accordance with company policy and procedures
Monitor the stores KPI and discuss with the store managers in creating strong action plans at store level and sales staff level
Monitor operational performance of client services and store operations inclusive of inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity
Collaborate with the Retail team help build the stores performance goals and drive performance across sales, retail KPIs and non-selling activities
Work in partnership with the Retail, Finance and HR on HC planning, productivity & optimization with the ultimate goal of delivering service excellence
Leverage the local Training through effective store interactions to help identify actions and learning strategies to support our business needs
Lead and take a proactive role in local projects and execute business initiatives (Store incentives, retail specific projects, and etc.)
Inclusive of new hires, with continuous coaching in support of service excellence.
Analyze and track controllable costs to meet the ongoing operational needs while maintaining the overall budget
Omni channel KPI management

Job Requirements

At least 8 years relevant retail management experience, with solid experience in managerial level, experience in luxury retail industry is a plus
Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset
Excellent problem solving and communicating skill
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
Project management skills
Strong in leadership and organization skill
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT
Ability to leverage best practices, share and reapply
Fluent in English for both verbal and written
